Tell me about transferring files from OneDrive to a PC?
At work I often handle collaborative projects that are stored entirely in OneDrive, and sometimes I need to transfer full shared folders to my local machine so I can edit everything with offline apps. The trouble is that some folders are huge, and downloading them manually is slow and unreliable. I’m looking for a workflow that lets me sync or move everything efficiently, without downloading the same data twice or creating version conflicts.

Perfect. If I can integrate that workflow and maintain the same folder structure with proper offline access, it’ll make handling these projects much easier. I’ll read through the guide and apply the steps to my next batch of files.

Then you’ll want to explore the different sync setups — … and there’s a great breakdown right around transfer files from onedrive to pc https://cloudmounter.net/move-files-from-onedrive-to-pc/ where they explain how to configure OneDrive’s desktop application, how to map cloud folders to local directories, how selective sync works for saving disk space, and how to ensure that the final transfer to your PC keeps everything organized exactly as it was online.
