Planning a Fishing Day in Seychelles

Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out how fishing trips work in Seychelles. I’ve never booked anything like this before, and I’m not sure what to expect in terms of equipment or whether beginners can actually catch something decent. I’m looking for something relaxed but still exciting, maybe a mix of reef and deeper water. Has anyone here tried a trip like that recently?

If you’re planning a whole day outside, just make sure you’ve got sunscreen that actually holds up in humidity. I learned that the hard way. Even with cloud cover, the sun hits differently near the equator. Whatever activity you choose, you’ll thank yourself later.

I wasn’t a pro at all, but the crew guided me through every step, and we actually ended up catching a couple of decent dorados. Honestly, it felt super relaxed and not stressful at all.
