What controllers work with iOS 13?

I'm intrigued exactly which Xbox One and PlayStation controllers work with iOS 13.

We know the official controllers work in most cases (except a really old Bluetooth-less DualShock 4).

What about the Hori controllers like the Xbox One Fighting Commander? Or the Power A controllers?

We just bought a Speedy controller to use on iPad, iPhone. How do we set it up to use with efficiency on the ROBLOX games and Fort Nite games?

We need to know what button does what; mainly, shoot, build, and aim.

After syncing/connecting the controller, the prompts on screen should show button labels.
